FAQ

Can it remove any kind of watermark?

It works best on plain or simple backgrounds, usually in a single pass. On busy textures (grass, fabric, dense text) some trace may remain — raising the depth and painting in several smaller passes helps, but a perfectly invisible result cannot be guaranteed.

How does it compare to Photoshop Content-Aware Fill?

The idea is similar but the algorithm is much lighter. This tool is free, needs no install and never uploads your file; for very complex scenes, manual retouching in professional software still gives you more control.

There is a visible patch after processing — what now?

Lower the depth and paint again, or work in several small strokes instead of one big sweep. Smaller, repeated passes usually blend far more naturally.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no server-side limit. Inpainting is a per-pixel operation, though, so very large images (4000px+) will take longer depending on your device.

Are images uploaded? Can I use it on other people photos?

Nothing is uploaded — processing is fully local. Please only use it on images you own the rights to; stripping watermarks from someone else work may infringe copyright.
